ERINDALE RESIDENCE

The owners of this magnificent boutique architecturally designed new build, wanted to create a sense of home. Incorporating a gentlemen’s study into the front sitting room was a high priority to gain maximum use of space whilst still maintaining formal elegance. The family area adjoining the outdoor entertainment space continued with a fresh classic flavour for comfortable family living to compliment the clients “must have” Calcutta marble, which was purpose selected  for  a vertical panel in the kitchen, adding warmth and extra dimension to the timber and metallic paint finishes.
The generous master bedroom was decorated to give the owners a feeling of being in a 5 star suite and bespoke purpose built furniture pieces were commissioned, combining practicality and style.
Project commenced in 2011, once plans were decided and building commenced, Virginia stepped in to create the ambience of the home through colour, texture, furniture, furnishings, art and ornamentation.

UNLEY PARK RESIDENCE

This single-level, light filled, heritage home, nestled in the tree lined streets of Unley Park, was built as a project home. The colour scheme reflected a fresh contemporary feel, but it was important to the client to keep a classic element. This was achieved with natural granite bench tops and detailed cabinets in the kitchen. Timber flooring in the living spaces and subtle marble texture in the bathroom tiling adds to the classic contemporary feel. The home was lightly furnished for sale with soft furnishings to add warmth using colour and texture along with a selection of the clients existing pieces. Art, lamps & ornaments were hired to add the finishing touches.
